Ricky Metaxas is the Director of AC Metaxas and Associates at

26 Earl Street, Cambridge, CB1 1JR, England, UK.

 

From 1983 until 2002 he was head of the Electricity Utilisation Group (E.U.G) at the Engineering Department, University of Cambridge, UK, researching on many aspects of electroheat, electro-technology and power utilisation. Since 2002 he has transferred his operations to St John’s College, Cambridge. He retains his Fellowship at St John’s College first bestowed on him in 1987 and is a Tutor for natural scientists.

 

Ricky was President of AMPERE from 1995 until 2005.

AMPERE (visit www.ampereeurope.org) organises a biennial conference with ORADEA in Romania hosting the next in the series during 3-6 September 2007. A quarterly Newsletter is issued to members with short news-like items and articles keeping the members informed of the latest developments in the field.
